Severe weather can abbreviate or cancel a tour. If the boat has left the dock and returns early because of inclement weather, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our staff will coordinate with you.

Both boat styles are subject to the same safety decisions. Choose based on the ride and exposure you prefer.
Covered pontoon
The awning provides shade, and the ride is quieter and smoother. It can be the more comfortable wet-weather choice, but the awning does not create an enclosed cabin or shelter guests from every weather condition.
Airboats
Airboats are open air, so expect an open-weather ride. They may run when conditions are safe; this page does not promise that an airboat will always operate.
